Job summary

PrideNow is hiring a Cleanroom Technician in Devens, MA to support biopharmaceutical production. You will operate scales, weigh and fill materials, and maintain strict cleanroom and cGMP standards to ensure ISO Class 7 conditions are met.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 0–2 years of cleanroom production experience. The role demands the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work effectively with a team while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of production experience in a cleanroom.
• Preferred: cleanroom experience and Lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Works safely within the parameters of and complies with company Work Instructions and policies.
• Weighs and fills chemicals or bulk products in accordance with Production Work Order (PWO).
• Operates production scales, including verifications and calibrations.
• Setup, operate, clean and maintain the following equipment: automatic heat sealer, electronic floor scale, pumps, crusher, auger filling unites, autoclave unites, vibrating filler unites, induction sealing equipment, portable exhaust hood, and other equipment as required.
• Responsible for following cleanroom protocols and cGMPs in order to maintain ISO Class 7 environment.
• Packages finished product for shipping (boxing, labeling) per Work Instructions.
• Handles hazardous materials using all appropriate or mandatory safety gear.
• Completes documentation in a legible manner; verifies and reviews for accuracy.
