Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Technician in Saint Paul, MN for a Contract to Hire role in a regulated medical device facility. You will assemble small device components in a cleanroom, using microscopes and precise adhesives, following SOPs and detailed instructions.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with consistent daytime hours. You’ll work in a small team of about 15 and gain exposure to multiple manufacturing processes, cross-training opportunities, and clear advancement paths

Qualifications

• 6+ months of medical device assembly or cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with microscopes, magnifiers, or small components.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
• Comfortable documenting production activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small medical device components in a cleanroom environment.
• Perform catheter and medical device assembly using microscopes and magnification tools.
• Apply specialized adhesives with a high level of precision.
• Cut and prepare tubing to required specifications.
• Sterilize medical components following established procedures.
• Package finished medical devices for shipment.
• Complete production documentation to ensure quality and traceability.
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Rotate between multiple work areas to develop a broad skillset.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
