Katalyst CRO in Columbus, Nebraska is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support manufacturing and production operations. You will operate production equipment, inspect finished products, and ensure a clean and safe work environment in a cleanroom setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, recording data, collaborating with team members, and performing rework as needed. This role requires attention to quality, teamwork, and flexibility for a rotating night shift, including

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English or Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom and maintain a clean work area.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work a rotating night shift, including weekends.
• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, packaging, or production experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Operate production machinery and perform assigned process functions.
• Visually inspect, package, and verify finished products to meet quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormal conditions.
• Respond to equipment alarms and reset them as needed.
• Perform final product inspections and process tests.
• Record inspection results and production data accurately.
• Move raw materials and finished goods as required.
• Clean and sanitize machines, equipment, and the work area.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and report issues.
• Comply with quality standards, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain a cleanroom environment and established cleanliness requirements.
• Collaborate with team to maintain production efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Perform rework assignments as directed by supervisor or team lead.
• Complete additional duties to support production operations.
