Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Cleanroom Production Operators to support the manufacturing of medical devices in a controlled cleanroom setting in Menomonie, WI. Multiple shifts are available with competitive pay based on shift and experience, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include operating molding and production equipment, performing quality checks, assembling and labeling products, and maintaining production records in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and production equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on molded components.
• Use equipment such as pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and drill presses.
• Complete trimming, degating, and secondary manufacturing operations.
• Assemble products according to detailed work instructions.
• Package and label products to customer specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and report molding issues to technicians.
• Maintain accurate production records and activity logs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cleanroom environment.
