Job summary

Info Way Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Production/Manufacturing assistant to support media manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. The role involves preparing and packaging syringes, labeling, and operating filling equipment on the first shift.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 25 lbs, and work well in a team. Prior production experience and GMP/GDP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 1st Shift M-TH 5:00am-2:00pm; Friday 5:00am-11:00am.
• Previous experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to understand written and oral communication.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment with medical product manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Climb on step stools and step ladders, pushing and pulling wheeled carts, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive, motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work order kit review (during and post-production).
• Filling syringes.
• Pouching and watering syringes.
• Labeling and packaging.
• Preparing samples for Quality analysis.
• Operate equipment related to media manufacturing and processing (filling machines, sealers, torque drivers).
• Perform GMP/GDP per SOPs and Manufacturing Instructions.
• Inventory control: labeling, storage and movement of materials in-process.
