Job Summary

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Newbury Park, CA is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity. As a Cleanroom Production Associate, you will support daily production and assembly activities in a highly regulated cleanroom setting. Key Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, and packaging activities in a regulated cleanroom environment.
• Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, gowning procedures, and quality control standards.
• Complete accurate production documentation in compliance with established procedures.
• Inspect products, components, and materials for quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and contamination control requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and quality expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
• Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Newbury Park, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Perform cleanroom production and assembly tasks in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety, gowning, and documentation procedures.
• Inspect products and materials to support quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain productivity while performing repetitive, detail-focused production work.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant production, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements, SOPs, and cleanroom procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate documentation.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow structured production processes.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated, quality-focused team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cleanroom experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience following gowning procedures and contamination control practices.
• Experience completing batch records, production logs, or similar manufacturing documentation.
