Datwyler’s Packaging Operations team is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor packaging equipment in a GMP pharmaceutical environment. The role ensures products are packed according to GMP, regulatory standards, and company procedures, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

This is a first shift position, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and involves operating washing, packaging, vision inspection, steam sterilizers, and SAP interactions in accordance with SOPs and WI’s to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English to understand operating procedures and complete documentation.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Operates and monitors packaging equipment in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Maintains safety, quality, and efficiency in line with procedures and SOPs.
• Follows instructions from supervisor/crew leader and attends trainings and meetings.
• Ensures equipment is maintained and the work area is clean and organized.
• Trains new operators as requested and participates in continuous improvement.
