Job summary

SkyWater Technology in Florida is hiring a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician to produce high-quality semiconductor products for customers in aerospace, medical, automotive and consumer markets.

You will operate machines in a cleanroom, load wafer production equipment, follow detailed procedures, perform final inspections and uphold our Integrity, Excellence and Collaboration values while ensuring safety and proper gowning. Shift A schedule applies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Willingness and desire to learn and grow
• Previous semiconductor industry experience is a plus
• US high school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
• Effective organizational and planning skills
• US Citizenship required for government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment
• Load and unload wafer production machines
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Uphold SkyWater's core values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, Empowerment and Growth Mindset
• Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are followed
• Maintain a positive attitude and be punctual for shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned
