Job summary

SBM is seeking a Cleanroom Supervisor in Chandler, AZ to manage the cleanroom operations, inspect areas and equipment, and ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance. The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating maintenance, and enforcing quality policies.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field and 2–3 years of cleanroom experience, plus safety trainings and driver approval as needed. This position is full-time, days shift, with standard M-F hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field.
• Two to three years of experience in cleanroom environment, manufacturing, and production processes.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license and meet SBM Driver Approval requirements. Completed all safety and task training certifications.
• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision to cleanroom technicians in conformance with company policies and procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate cleanroom equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise the cleanroom processes in accordance with SOP and established policies and methods to meet production commitments.
• Support and enforce company policies, practices, EHS and GMPs.
• Assist in development and enforcement of quality policies.
• Develop process improvements and efficiencies.
• Train and instruct cleanroom employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor cleanroom work activities.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where an analysis of the situation or data requires a review of identifiable causes.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
• Act as advisor to cleanroom lead to resolve problems.
• Provide analytical data on cleanroom metrics and present information.
