Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical device assembly or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, or measuring devices.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Operate basic electrical and mechanical production equipment.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, and quality standards.
• Work effectively in a team environment while meeting production goals.
• Support multiple departments through cross-training opportunities.
