Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Technician for a contract-to-hire role in San Diego, CA. The position supports 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with pay between $20.90 and $23.10 per hour.

You will perform daily production activities under GMP, ensuring timely release of products and compliance with SOPs. You will collaborate with the Team Leader, perform in-process quality checks, maintain GDP-based records, and use an MRP system to report batch ingredients and materials.

Qualifications

• At least four years of assembly/packaging experience in regulated environments.
• Thorough understanding of SOPs and ability to provide detailed examples of their application.
• Understanding GDP and ability to explain its implementation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing acronyms and terminology.
• Experience in line clearances with accurate examples.
• Proficiency in machine operation, quality assurance, packaging, inspection, and computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Team Leader to detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications.
• Propose corrective actions for technical problems related to raw materials and finished products.
• Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Address line issues and notify the Team Leader of required corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per GDP and SOPs.
• Use MRPl inventory system to report batch records.
