Job summary

Avantor is hiring a Cleanroom Technician for the 2nd shift to work under supervision in a cleanroom environment, performing fabrication, assembly, or testing of components and devices. You will follow written processes and ensure product quality while adhering to safety and cGMP policies.

The role requires teamwork and strict documentation practices. Responsibilities include setting up stations, operating fabrication and testing equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years experience in production in a cleanroom.
• Experience reading engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up work stations and follow process specifications.
• Operate equipment for fabrication, assembly and testing.
• Use production scales, perform verifications and calibrations.
• Maintain cleanroom equipment and ISO Class 7 environment.
• Document work clearly and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with packaging finished products for shipping.
• Support continuous improvement and change control processes.
