Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Technical Operator I for 2nd shift, Mon–Fri 2:00pm–10:30pm, in San Diego. The role involves operating production equipment, manual assembly, and ensuring GMP/SOP compliance to manufacture cuvette products. A background check and drug screen are required prior to starting.

Temp-to-Hire after conversion is possible. Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of assembly/packaging experience, preferably in a regulated medical device or pharmaceutical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of assembly/packaging experience.
• Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and packaging activities per GMP and SOPs.
• Meet production goals and manage workload peaks to avoid back orders.
• Detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications with Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Operate production equipment per SOPs and perform in-process quality checks.
• Maintain accurate records and daily product logbooks.
• Maintain clean and safe production areas and comply with GDP documentation practices.
• Provide support for process and equipment validation when directed.
