Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Production Operator for 2nd shift in San Diego. You will operate production equipment and perform manual assembly to manufacture and package products, following cGMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities include in-process quality checks, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred; this is a temp-to-hire role with a background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of medical diagnostic devices in accordance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Identify line issues and notify Team Leader or Supervisor of problems.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with GDP and SOPs.
• Operate manual and semi-automated equipment and computer vision systems as directed.
• Maintain production areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Work to achieve production goals.
• Provide support for process and equipment validation.
