Job summary

Aerotek in Delano, MN is hiring for a Cleanroom Production Operator on a contract-to-hire basis. No prior manufacturing experience is required as training is provided.

You will manufacture medical device components in a cleanroom, performing production, assembly, inspection, molding, and material preparation tasks while ensuring high quality. Shifts available: 1st 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2nd 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 3rd 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture medical-grade silicone and plastic components
• Trim, finish, and inspect products according to quality standards
• Perform detailed visual inspections, including microscope work
• Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for production
• Complete production documentation and quality records
• Use hand tools to perform precision manufacturing tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
