PDS Tech, Inc. in Redmond, WA is seeking detail-oriented Aerospace Assemblers to build and inspect high-quality components in a cleanroom environment.

You will set up and run production equipment, follow engineering drawings, and document data to support safety, quality, and efficiency goals. The role requires steady microscope work, precise hand-eye coordination, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Computer literacy
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet
• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Responsabilités

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
• Support the Operating System and site operational goals
