Aerotek in Placentia, CA seeks a Shift Cleanroom Assembler to assemble medical devices in a controlled cleanroom, following QS & GMP standards.

The role is contract-to-hire after 4 months, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability, an HSA, transportation benefits, and an Employee Assistance Program. The shift runs 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with potential overtime; fully onsite.

Competenze

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and motivation to work.
• Preferred 1-year experience in cleanroom, medical assembly, or warehouse.
• Proven team leader capabilities.
• Ability to operate basic production equipment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Insert products into tubes using significant force and repetitive motion.
• Utilize glue to assemble medical devices such as respirators.
• Count, cut, measure, fold, or modify raw materials as per Device Master Record instructions.
• Complete necessary inspections and document quantities, control numbers, and other requirements per QS & GMP policy.
• Perform on-line inspections of each device as it is produced and report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Seal products in their final packaging using proper procedures and machine settings.
• Prepare packaged work in progress for sterilization, completing necessary documentation and control numbers per QS & GMP.
• Maintain proper inventory control procedures including product staging, segregation, and rotation.
• Perform and document scheduled facility cleaning per QS standards.
• Understand and conform to proper Clean Room etiquette.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with production, purchasing, quality, and senior management to achieve assigned goals.
• Meet objectives of the quality management system and recommend improvements as needed.
