Cleanroom Automation Technician - 2nd Shift

This position involves operating automated manufacturing equipment focused on patient safety and quality, ensuring equipment functions properly to meet production demands.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain automated filling equipment.
2. Perform setup, teardown, and cleaning of automated equipment.
3. Maintain cleanroom conditions by gowning, sanitation, and following cGMP procedures.
4. Ensure equipment validation activities are current.
5. Assess equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
6. Manage inventory to fulfill production batches.
7. Coordinate with supply teams for necessary materials.
8. Document batch records, equipment logs, and cleaning logs.
9. Maintain gowning standards semi-annually.
10. Perform initial and routine qualifications for equipment, including media fills if required.
11. Follow SOPs for assigned tasks.
12. Clock in and out timely for scheduled shifts.
