Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to perform precision manufacturing and assembly in our Cesium Beam Tube cleanroom. You will assemble, wire, and spot-weld small components with a variety of hand tools and equipment, requiring keen attention to detail and steady hands.

First shift runs from 6:30am to 3:00pm. Prior experience helps but is not required; training will be provided. The role supports a large global organization with strong values and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing or hands-on experience.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing detailed repetitive work.
