Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to perform precision manufacturing and assembly in our Cesium Beam Tube cleanroom. You will assemble, wire, and spot-weld small components with a variety of hand tools and equipment, requiring keen attention to detail and steady hands.

The Production Specialist performs precision manufacturing and assembly operations in our Cesium Beam Tube (CBT) cleanroom. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and spot-welding small components using a variety of hand tools and specialized production equipment. The ideal candidate has good mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform precise, hands-on work. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. First shift 6:30am - 3:00pm.
This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).
No Travel
The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17.00 - $27.00.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
