Job summary

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our team at Frencken America's Liberty Lake, WA facility. The role involves assembling components per specifications while upholding quality and safety in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. PPE must be worn and contamination-control procedures followed.

Shifts Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary is $20 per hour plus medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, and 401k match after waiting period.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Consistently complete tasks on time with accuracy and quality.
• Follow instructions, identify errors, and take corrective action.
• Willingness to apply feedback to improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly tasks.
• Work with equipment that utilizes magnetic components.
• Ensure compliance with electrostatic discharge and cleanroom protocols.
• Assemble products within established timeframes and quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections to assure proper insertion and placement of parts.
• Maintain proper handling and marking of all assemblies and components.
• Adhere to detailed work instructions and process documentation.
