Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Aerospace Assemblers in Washington to build high-quality components for aerospace applications. You will set up and operate production equipment, inspect parts, and follow engineering drawings within a cleanroom environment.

Ideal candidates have English fluency, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and the ability to read blueprints and use a microscope. Shift is Mon-Thu, 4x10, with pay at $25.32/hour and a bonus program up to $3,000.

Qualifications

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Computer literacy.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred).
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with full PPE.
• Ability to use a microscope for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect components to ensure high quality.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment.
• Use microscopes for extended periods with small parts.
• Follow engineering drawings, travelers, and work instructions.
• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
• Comply with safety rules and cleanroom protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support site operational goals.
