Job summary

Fralock is seeking an Assembler Level I to perform assembly and packaging in a Clean Room environment, focusing on quality and safety. The role requires attention to detail, ability to identify issues, and flexibility to work across multiple stations.

This on-site position offers a 2nd shift with a 10% differential, and an hourly range of $19.00–$22.50 depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 0-2 years of related experience/training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
• Ability to read instructions and basic drawings to assemble parts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately according to work instructions and specs.
• Perform basic packaging: wrapping, labeling, counting, sealing.
• Cross-train across multiple stations to support production needs.
• Communicate with supervisors and peers to meet department goals.
• Verify parts and materials before starting assembly; report issues.
