Job summary

Xiogenix is seeking a diligent Cleanroom Operator to join the Operations team in Wisconsin. You will perform cleanroom assembly, material prep, labeling, and upkeep, ensuring adherence to work instructions and safety standards.

You will support daily production, maintain tidy work areas, and assist with documentation and data entry. The role requires the ability to follow procedures, stand for periods, and lift light materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions with care and accuracy.
• Experience or ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow gowning procedures.
• Basic computer use for data entry, labeling, and records.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom assembly and operations according to work instructions and cleanliness requirements.
• Prepare, stage, label, and handle materials and tools used in cleanroom and production activities.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in cleanroom, production, and related spaces.
• Follow safety, documentation, and quality requirements in controlled environments.
• Assist team with daily production, material handling, and workflow needs.
• Complete basic documentation and data entry tasks accurately and on time.
• Communicate questions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities.
