Job summary

Xiogenix is seeking a diligent Cleanroom Operator to join the Operations team in Wisconsin. You will perform cleanroom assembly, material prep, labeling, and upkeep, ensuring adherence to work instructions and safety standards.

You will support daily production, maintain tidy work areas, and assist with documentation and data entry. The role requires the ability to follow procedures, stand for periods, and lift light materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions with care and accuracy.
• Experience or ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow gowning procedures.
• Basic computer use for data entry, labeling, and records.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom assembly and operations according to work instructions and cleanliness requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Clean Room Operator supports Xiogenix's Operations and Manufacturing team by performing cleanroom assembly, material preparation, cleanroom upkeep, and related production support activities. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment while following work instructions, safety requirements, and quality expectations that support customer needs and reliable production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC TO ROLE

• Perform cleanroom assembly and operations tasks in accordance with work instructions, company procedures, and cleanliness requirements.
• Prepare, stage, label, and handle materials, components, tools, and supplies used in cleanroom and production activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked work areas in the cleanroom, production, and related operations spaces.
• Follow safety, gowning, cleanliness, documentation, and quality requirements while working in controlled environments.
• Assist Operations team members with daily production, cleanroom upkeep, material handling, and general workflow needs.
• Complete basic documentation, data entry, filing, labeling, and organization tasks accurately and on time.
• Communicate questions, issues, material needs, or quality concerns to supervisors or appropriate team members promptly.
• Support continuous improvement by helping identify opportunities to improve organization, cleanliness, workflow, and efficiency.

SPECIAL SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work instructions, and cleanliness requirements with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including following gowning procedures and controlled-environment practices.
• Basic computer, documentation, labeling, and organizational skills to support production and operations records.
• Ability to stand for periods of time and lift or move light materials as needed while maintaining safe work practices.
