Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Technician (Consumables Assembly Technician) to join a regulated manufacturing team in Guilford, CT. The role focuses on assembling, inspecting, and packaging high-precision diagnostic consumables for medical devices in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities include repetitive bench assembly, microscopic inspection, labeling, and adherence to SOPs, GMP, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Ability to read and follow detailed SOPs and work instructions.
• Experience with small parts and high-volume assembly environments.
• Comfort in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble diagnostic consumables per written work instructions.
• Perform repetitive bench assembly and light mechanical tasks.
• Inspect components under magnification for defects and accuracy.
• Maintain GMP/ISO documentation and traceability.
• Package finished items with correct labeling and packaging.
• Follow gowning and cleanroom protocols.
• Operate basic production equipment safely.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisors.
