About the Role

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team!

Competitive pay with strong earning potential! We provide paid hourly training, followed by primarily commission-based compensation tied to individual performance. No prior cleaning experience is required.

Our technicians specialize in carpet and upholstery cleaning, along with tile and grout, wood, natural stone, concrete, and other specialty services.

This role is about more than cleaning. You'll work independently in customers' homes, explain services, answer questions, and move furniture and personal belongings with care. Comfort interacting with different personalities and navigating unfamiliar situations is essential. You'll have a supportive team available by phone for guidance throughout the day.
