Job summary

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services in Bedford Heights, OH is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will work in customers' homes, explain services, and move furniture with care while delivering professional service.

Training is paid hourly and then compensation becomes primarily commission-based, tied to your performance. No prior cleaning experience is required, with opportunities for advancement and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently in customers' homes.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to COIT's Bedford Heights location.
• Pass applicable background and drug screenings per policy.
• Cleaning or sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, wood, natural stone, concrete, and other surfaces as trained.
• Assess customer needs, explain services, and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain positive relationships.
• Safely handle equipment and move small furniture.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles, complete work orders, and follow safety procedures.
• Work independently while staying connected with the team for support.
