Job summary

The Maids of San Diego is hiring experienced cleaners to join our residential and commercial cleaning teams in San Diego, CA. This is a hands-on role working with a professional team, following our cleaning systems, safety procedures, and quality standards.

You will work Monday–Friday, earn $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications, and may drive a company vehicle while using company-provided supplies and equipment. Opportunities for growth are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work at a fast, consistent pace.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and following procedures.

Location:San Diego, CA (Sorrento Valley)

Pay:$18–$21 per hour, based on professional cleaning experience and qualifications

Schedule:Monday–Friday

Start Time:8:15 AM when assigned to drive a company vehicle; 8:30 AM when not driving

End Time:End times vary based on the daily cleaning schedule, customer needs, travel time, and business needs. Employees must be available to complete their assigned work for the day.

• Follow established cleaning systems and quality standards
• Work efficiently and maintain a consistent pace throughout the day
• Work as part of a team and follow direction from the Team Leader
• Properly use and care for company cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure equipment and supplies are collected before leaving each property
• Immediately report damage, safety concerns, or customer issues
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and coworkers
• Drive a company vehicle during the workday when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience

• Must be willing and able to drive a company vehicle when assigned

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active position. You must be able to:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning movements
• Lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
• Use a backpack vacuum and other professional cleaning equipment
• Move throughout multiple homes or commercial properties during the workday
• Perform cleaning duties for extended periods
