Job summary

Mess Minimizers LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on leader to guide our residential and commercial cleaning team. The role splits roughly 50% cleaning and quality checks and 50% leadership and operations support. You will train cleaners, review schedules, coordinate staffing, build customer relationships, and ensure safety and quality.

Some travel within about 40 miles of Menomonie may be required. You will also maintain records and support process improvements, aiding upper-management

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Two professional references before hiring; a background check and/or drug screening may be required.
• 1–3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Customer-service skills and ability to coach others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; travel within ~40 miles.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning; review instructions, assign tasks, keep jobs on schedule, inspect and correct work.
• Train and coach cleaners; conduct check-ins and document performance; assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Build customer relationships, conduct walkthroughs, handle escalated concerns, and coordinate estimates.
• Review schedules, coordinate staffing, cover call-outs; respond to urgent issues when needed.
• Maintain records, supplies, equipment, keys, and safety compliance; support admin duties.
