Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing nightly cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards across properties.
• Providing direction, training and support to evening shift team members.
• Performing hands-on cleaning and property upkeep when needed.
• Responding to staffing needs and scheduling coverage across sites.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Notifying management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Following all health and safety regulations.
