Job summary

REMS is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team across our Wisconsin properties. This full-time role offers a fast-paced, varied environment where you will supervise daily tasks, train staff, and coordinate coverage to maintain high cleanliness standards.

You will communicate with management across shifts, ensure health and safety compliance, and travel to multiple sites as needed. Previous cleaning supervision is a plus, but a strong can-do attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Passionate about laundry, cleaning, and providing a spotless end product.
• Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude with the ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with others.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various properties as needed.
• Flexible schedule to support the various operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met across properties
• Providing direction, training and support to team members
• Performing hands-on cleaning, property upkeep, and coverage support when needed
• Communicating effectively with management and team members across shifts
• Notify management of any observed deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
