Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned cleaning staff.
• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client expectations.
• Train, coach, and support team members on procedures, equipment operation, and safety.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor inventory and report replenishment needs.
• Maintain a safe working environment per policies and OSHA regulations.
• Address performance issues and communicate with management.
• Respond to client requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Complete required reports, inspections, and documentation.
