Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to manage the daily clean-up operations at Phoenix Park 'n Swap in Phoenix, AZ. You will supervise the cleanup team, coordinate tasks across lots, bathrooms, and offices, and liaise with management on hazards and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience doing basic maintenance and plumbing experience.
• Licensed to operate forklift; a valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate a sweeper truck
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Some skill with plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general repair

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct clean-up team members during and after operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Oversee cleaning of selling lots, parking areas, bathrooms, and office spaces, ensuring they are ready for daily operations and properly stocked with essentials
• Coordinate and supervise clean-up efforts during inclement weather, such as rain or monsoons, ensuring team members are properly scheduled and prepared
• Communicate with management regarding clean-up operations, potential hazards, and assist with routine maintenance projects
• Conduct employee counseling as needed, create schedules, and actively participate in hands‑on clean-up tasks alongside the team
