Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in an assigned mall location, ensuring quality standards within budgeted hours and directing daily tasks to staff. You will monitor performance, train new personnel, and uphold health and safety practices.

Responsibilities include timekeeping, inventory control, and responding to customer requests. A minimum of two years’ supervisory cleaning experience and flexibility for scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' cleaning and supervisory experience in a mall facility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Flexible start and end times as needed; weekend and statutory holiday work required.
• A clear criminal background check is required for this role.

• Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up.
• Responsible for inventory control and the daily Preventative Maintenance Program.
