Job summary

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor in the Holyoke MA area. The role involves supervising a crew of 4 cleaners, ensuring supplies are stocked, and coordinating schedules across Elite-managed sites.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to 9:30pm. Candidates must have US work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle. Janitorial experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Janitorial experience is a plus (Not Required).
• Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge is a plus (Not Required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 4 cleaners to ensure the entire scope of work is completed.
• Ensure all supplies are stocked for cleaners to use.
• Check all dispensers each night to ensure they are properly filled.
• Communicate with on-site customers about concerns or needs.
• Schedule carpet cleaning and floor stripping/waxing to meet the scope.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite.
• Ensure each employee clocks in/out properly each night.
• Handle call-outs and arrange coverage for responsibilities.

About the Role

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor in the Holyoke MA, area. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

The Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the following areas: Holyoke MA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Supervise a crew of 4 cleaners to be sure the entire scope of work is being completed.
• Be sure all supplies are well stocked for our cleaners to use.
• Check all dispensers each nigh to be sure they are all properly filled.
• Communicate with the customer on site to see what concerns or needs they may have.
• Schedule all carpet cleaning and floor stripping and waxing to meet the scope.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite.
• Making sure each employee is clocking in and out properly each night.
• Handle all call outs and arrange to cover all responsibilities.
