Elite Building Services is seeking a Cleaner for an evening shift at our Holyoke facility. The role involves daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas. You will perform floor care, dusting, glass cleaning, and restocking supplies while following safety procedures.

The position runs five nights per week from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Mon–Fri) in Holyoke, MA, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location & Compensation:

• 7997- LC - Holyoke, MA: Pays $18.00 per hour. Site is cleaned 5 nights per week from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Mondays thru Fridays (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
