Job summary

Valleybrook Country Club in Gloucester Township, NJ is seeking a part-time House Person to maintain a sparkling Club House before and after events. You’ll clean locker rooms, clubhouse areas, and support event setups.

This role requires physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a can-do attitude. A High School diploma or GED is required; custodial experience is a plus. 20–30 hours weekly; employee meal and golf privileges offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of comparable custodial work preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and furnish all locker rooms, including toilets, urinals, walls, and vanities.
• Clean all areas of the clubhouse: furniture, windows, floors, bathrooms, outside patio, walls.
• Assist with inventory control and security.
• Laundry locker room towels and kitchen towels / aprons.
• Empty trash cans and take trash to the dumpster.
• Ensure all indoor and outdoor spaces are cleaned and organized.
• Moves furniture, equipment, supplies and tools as needed.
• Maintains outside of clubhouse building (steps, walkways, patios, entrances).
• Maintains parking lot appearance and cleanliness.
• Cleans exterior of HVAC vents and registers.
• Conducts deep-cleaning projects.
• Assists with tables, chairs and other furniture for events.
