Qualifications

• Must be dependable and detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet schedules.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team.
• Must have reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is helpful but not required for Level I.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize residential and commercial spaces to create spotless environments.
• Perform solo and team cleanings with care and efficiency.
• Follow client preferences and checklists to meet Ezer standards.
• Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming a dependable part of their routine.
• For higher levels, validate scopes, perform quality checks, and guide team members.
