Job summary

Total Cleaning in Davie, FL is seeking a Cleaner with janitorial experience to join our team. The role focuses on cleaning floors and surfaces according to client scope, and maintaining a clean environment for office spaces.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to lift light weights, and committed to safety. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check
• Must be able to pass Drug Test
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures.
• Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.
• Dust, mop and sweep offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas according to assignment.
• Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Inform supervisor if supplies are needed.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor of equipment repairs or replacements.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazards.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
• Secure interior offices and turn off lights as required.
• Set alarm and secure main entry door if applicable.
• Perform other duties as needed based on scope of work.

START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience.

Schedule and Location:

Davie - Monday through Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm (10hours Weekly).

We are looking for cleaning specialists that are dedicated, detailed oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

What You'll Do:

• Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures
• Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.
• Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned.
• Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
• Secure all interior offices if applicable.
• Shut off all lights if required.
• Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door.
• Other duties as needed are based on scope of work.

Physical Requirements:

Must be in good physical condition and able to comfortably perform extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting.

Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Capable of working on your feet for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
