Total Cleaning in Florida is hiring a Cleaning Specialist with janitorial experience. Immediate start. Shift (1) 7:00–3:30, 40 hours weekly; Shift (2) 14:00–20:00, 30 hours weekly. Duties include cleaning, disinfection, trash, supplies, and safety compliance.

Must be detail-oriented, able to lift light objects, and pass background and drug tests. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Work location is South Biscayne Blvd. on-site, with professionals including executives and clients in attendance.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.

Responsabilités

• Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures.
• Mix cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.
• Dust, mop and sweep offices, break areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect areas per scope of work.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Inform supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor about equipment repairs or hazards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Work around executives, bankers, clients, and confidential conversations.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Be proactive and identify needs before asked.
• Show client focus, autonomy, teamwork, integrity and ownership.
• Help wherever needed with hands-on attitude.
• Respect confidentiality in a professional financial-services environment.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies storage clean and organized.
• Secure interior offices when applicable.
• Shut off lights if required and set alarms when applicable.

Cleaning Specialist - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience

START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience.

Schedule and Location: South Biscayne Blvd. - Shift (1) Monday through Friday - 7am-3:30pm (40 hours Weekly).

Shift (2) Monday through Friday - 2pm-8pm (30 hours Weekly).

What You'll Do

• Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures
• Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.
• Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned.
• Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard.
• Be able to speak and communicate effectively and professional.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be comfortable working around executives, bankers, clients, confidential conversations, and potentially high-profile visitors.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and strong attention to detail.
• Be proactive and able to identify needs before being asked.
• Demonstrate client focus, autonomy, teamwork, integrity, responsibility, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Have a hands-on attitude and be willing to assist wherever needed.
• Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion in a professional financial-services environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Secure all interior offices if applicable.
• Shut off all lights if required.
• Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door.
