Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpeted and hard floor surfaces. Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Performing all floor cleaning and maintenance duties (e.g., mopping, vacuuming)
2. Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
3. Using proper PPE and safety equipment as required
4. Opening and locking facilities, enabling and disabling security systems as needed

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 55 lbs
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
• Willingness to learn, with on-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment
• Dependability, punctuality, and being in uniform
• Courtesy and respect towards co-workers and customers
