Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience or related specialty cleaning preferred.
• IICRC certifications (CCT) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, floor, and specialty cleaning using company methods and equipment.
• Complete documentation, work orders, and daily logs.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain services and progress.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Keep company vehicles stocked and organized with supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with new equipment and technology.
