Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support a range of services from carpet cleaning to water and mold restoration. The role emphasizes timely delivery of services, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction while working with a franchise team and the latest restoration equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Mathematics: Adequate math skills to choose equipment and units.
• Computer: Basic report/reporting on computers, email, portable devices.
• Experience: 2+ years in floor cleaning/restoration preferred.
• IICRC certs preferred (CCT).

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services.
• Complete documentation and work authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and maintain supplies.
