Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Northeast Sacramento is seeking a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to join our team in California. You will perform carpet and floor cleaning, restoration tasks, and documentation to ensure quality service for residential and commercial clients.
Candidates with a High school diploma, basic computer skills, and 1 year cleaning experience preferred, and IICRC certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
- Education and experience: High school diploma (or GED).
- Math skills: Adequate math skills to determine equipment type and units.
- Computer skills: Basic proficiency in computers, email, devices for daily reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services as offered by the company.
- Complete cleaning/restoration documentation and authorizations.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
