SOUTHERN ROYALTY CLEANING SERVICE L is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician to provide high-quality cleaning services for commercial and residential clients. You will follow safety procedures, uphold our brand standards, and deliver reliable service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include cleaning routines, sanitizing spaces, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; training is provided for the

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (will train right candidate).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers
• Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Identify and report maintenance issues or supply shortages
• Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition
• Secure facilities upon completion of service when required
