SOUTHERN ROYALTY CLEANING SERVICE L is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality cleaning services to commercial and/or residential clients. The role requires professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship.

Our Technicians represent the brand and uphold high standards of cleanliness, integrity, and customer service at every job site. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, disinfecting spaces, restocking supplies, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers.
• Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or supply shortages.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition.
• Secure facilities upon completion of service when required.
