Job summary

Simply Saras Cleaning Service Llc is seeking a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team in North Carolina. You will provide exceptional service by cleaning homes and commercial spaces, traveling to client locations, and delivering reliable results with attention to detail.

You should take pride in your work, communicate clearly with customers, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites when necessary
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions

Responsibilities

• Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

We are looking for a Residential/ Commerical Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. You will clean each house independently. You will travel to customers' homes and providing a variety of cleaning services.
