Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a reliable Cleaning & Maintenance team member to keep our dealership clean, safe, and customer-ready. You will help manage vehicle inventory and assist with lot maintenance to ensure an inviting showroom and service areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing, and restocking, plus assisting with vehicle tagging and safety checks. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are preferred; 18+ and ability to lift 30 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Move and deliver vehicles as directed by management.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and properly displayed with correct information.
• Assist with dealer exchanges.
• Report safety concerns to management.
• Notify when cleaning supplies are needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaning & Maintenance team member to help keep our dealership clean, safe, organized, and customer-ready.

This is an important role in creating a great experience for both our customers and employees. You’ll be responsible for dealership cleaning and maintenance, as well as helping manage and maintain our vehicle inventory and dealership lot.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain areas throughout the dealership.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and restock supplies.
• Empty and clean indoor and outdoor trash receptacles.
• Keep driveways and walkways clean and safe, including removing debris, ice, and snow when necessary.
• Maintain and organize dealership vehicle inventory.
• Tag vehicles and vehicle keys.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on invoices.
• Move and deliver vehicles as directed by management.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly displayed with required information and DISCLAIMERS.
• Assist with dealer exchanges.
• Report safety concerns or conditions that could affect customers, employees, or the dealership.
• Notify management when cleaning and maintenance supplies are needed.
• Follow all DARCARS policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and company policies.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and employees.
• Strong customer-service attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening, including a background check.
