Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a General Cleaner Lead to supervise cleaning teams, maintain a clean, organized, and disinfected workplace, and act as a liaison between staff and management. The role emphasizes leadership, inspection, and on-the-job training to ensure CCS standards and customer expectations are met.

You will coordinate daily cleaning tasks, monitor safety practices, and participate in inventory control and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning teams and ensuring quality standards.
• Ability to train new staff on procedures, safety, and CCS policies.
• Strong communication skills with supervisors, staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed to CCS standards and customer expectations.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor daily cleaning tasks as directed by management.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality is consistently met and report issues promptly.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, site-specific requirements, safety expectations, and CCS policies.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment; notify when replenishment is needed.
